MIND. 15-Minute Morning Add-on (worth it)

I don’t what you think of Tony Robbins, but I will be honest that I have never specifically sought him out. The whole motivational speaker thing, no matter the figure, has has historically seemed inauthentic to me. I will also be honest in that I never really gave any of “those kinds” a chance - the high energy and often loud, enthusiastic performances have just seemed like a bit … much.

Leave it to your closest friends to change your mind. On a recent girl’s trip in Sedona, we began to do a 15-minute Morning Priming routine on YouTube by Tony Robbins. I was skeptical. I even resisted it the first few mornings. And then… I realized this could be a powerful new seed to plant in my Springtime routine. So, I am trying it on for a while, opening up my mind, and so far, really enjoying the outcome.

This 14-minute and 30-second routines is well-rounded, encompassing breath work, gratitude, vision-setting and a sense of connection to yourself, others and a greater source.

Any morning routine that includes even a small dose of mindfulness changes how your nervous system reacts the rest of the day, and therefore changes your experience.
